The American Association of Geographers (AAG) Annual Meeting will be held from 7–11 April 2021. Attendees including geographers, GIS specialists, environmental scientists, and other leaders will share and discuss the latest in research and applications in geography, sustainability, and GIScience.
Abstract submission is now open and the deadline for all submissions is 19 February 2021.

Dendrochronology IV: Dendrohydrology
This session invites papers on research using methods in dendrochronology to reconstruct and examine hydrological change, e.g., streamflow, snowpack, precipitation patterns.
Vegetation Dynamics I: Nepal Himalayas
This session focuses on spatio-temporal vegetation dynamics in response to environmental changes in all geographic contexts using a variety of data analysis methods (field-based data, applications of RS and GIS, spatial analysis, and modeling).
Weather and Climate Studies of the Rocky Mountain West
This session seeks papers that examine changes, impacts, perspectives, variability, and case studies in weather and climate as manifest across the North American Rocky Mountain West. This session is aligned with the AAG 2020 theme "The Changing North American Continent."
Mountain Tourism in International Perspective
This virtual panel session discusses international perspectives in mountain tourism.
